3 Critical Steps in Unlearning Health Paradigms with Daily Drops via this Valuable Webinar

All truth passes through 3 stages; first, it is ridiculed; second, it is violently opposed; third, it is accepted as self evident  ... Arthur Schopenhauer

We are all capable of learning facts about any topic. So, through the years, a certain methodology, ideas and basic assumptions set the table for standards and values.

Then, along comes a different time tomorrow … so how do you unlearn what you think you know and your beliefs?

It starts with an open mind. Let’s question assumptions, challenge conventional thinking and consider alternatives.

Today, it’s time for a fundamental paradigm shift regarding dietary supplements based on modern clinical research about cellular nutrition and its proven results on healthy wellbeing.

Steps in my Healthy Paradigm Shift

My personal story can perhaps simplistically describe my health perspectives, influences, actions and beliefs aligned with my values to protect the body’s innate defensive systems with nutritional choices.

As you know, it can take multiple steps to fundamentally change underlying assumptions as one paradigm loses its influence and another takes over. It may even take years to modify your attitudes and behaviors even at the surface level.

OR … IT MAY TAKE A VALUABLE 60 MINUTE WEBINAR

— First, the main set of ideas starts with the belief that dietary supplementation is essential because whole vegetables and fruits from agricultural enterprises grow in soils lacking micronutrients that means a lack of micronutrients in the diet.

A massive dietary supplementation industry has emerged as suppliers of spectrums of essential vitamins and minerals. Many are based on mass produced synthetic elements; many with solitary compounds that lack the synergy of whole food diets.

In fact, the global dietary supplements market was at $164.2 billion in 2022 and expected to grow at 8% per year as people continue to search for wellness products as the rational for preventative care rather than sickness treatment.

— Second, there is new awareness with the science of bio-nutrition and continued research on how cells need essential micro-nutrients daily to provide metabolic energy, bodybuilding and protection against damage or disease. Nature’s host of phytonutrients are classified with compounds and functions.

New concepts in nutraceuticals became promising alternatives for pharmaceuticals with nutritional and therapeutic effects

— Third, clinical research can focus on the perspective and powerhouse of a single cell territory. Millions of cells must be regenerated every minute of every day based on a balance of micro-nutrients from food for energy, building, repairing and protecting against disease.

In fact, the health of a single cell holds the key to the health, or disease of the body.

When I first started as natural supplement distributor with Usana, I wanted more education about vitamins and minerals and their effect on maximizing healthy bodies to minimize diseases. Thus, I enrolled in a 2 year international online course about cellular nutrition that involved changing several assumptions. More understanding magnified cellular synergy and better decisions followed about good nutrition as a complex system requiring a total balance of macro-nutrients and micro-nutrients for growth.

Importantly, there is a difference between two kinds of diseases …

Infectious diseases are caused by infections; something you catch “like a bug,” an outside virus, bacteria, or microbe and immune system competence.

Cellular degenerative diseases are caused when cells become sick because they lack proper nutrition for growth and healthy regeneration, a metabolic disorder compounded over a period of time.

There are at least 70 degenerative diseases for which there are limited cures outside of proper nutrition.

For many years, I felt justified in using expensive, synergistic, liposomal multivitamin products by a naturopath manufacturer complete with daily newsletters. I felt age was totally manageable as expected with a few aches and wrinkles.

There were no reasons to question the system, break habits or think maybe there are mistakes.

Then, as fortunate circumstance sometimes happens, a networker calls me to introduce a new kind of liquid supplements in the form of Daily Drops from a Swiss Nutraceutical Company with a prelaunch joint venture network marketing opportunity.

I remember his words, “Imagine nutrients that are 1/1000 of a cell that can enter the cell wall with nearly 100% bioavailability. You have to hear some amazing health results.”

I understand why bioavailability is essential but nothing more about how Daily Drops worked so much more efficiently than pills. I am well informed and totally skeptical. But I am curious enough to hear a webinar as a commitment to lifelong learning.

The Power of a Webinar is the Best Way to Unlearn a Paradigm

How can you challenge a model of basic assumptions and set a new ideal perspective of something in 60 minutes or less?

A live webinar is an outstanding way to showcase a new company’s original products or comp plan. And there are endless showcases especially as MLM regular products with exclusive twists re health, beauty, weight loss, antiaging, energy, mental clarity, travel, etc.

But there is nothing as cutting edge or revolutionary as an introduction to Swiss Electi Daily Drops to challenge the status quo:

— This Swiss manufacturing company has 25 years of nutraceutical clinical research aligned with several universities.

— Note the 7 key product factors for a successful MLM company including targeted lifestyle areas, patented proprietary product, reasonable price, ground floor opportunity, etc.

— See diagrams of how Pure Cell Technology has patented liquid drops for increased absorption, protection and longevity for every cell.

— Rethink how micronutrients encapsulated in water molecules can account for 98% cellular absorption versus absorption via digestive system with a handful of pills.

— Note how a one page compensation plan with break even rank and high payouts in early growth has retention on 3 legs to infinity.

My Top Reason to Try Swiss Daily Drops

Most essentially, I am so impressed and believing these testimonials of people who share their stories and cry with relief because of daily drops that bring back normalcy to walk and think clearly again without pain. This kind of relief whether respiratory, neuropathic, arthritic, toothache, mental fog, a scorpion bite in a such a short time is unheard of with supplements.

In my mind, this could only be explained that when vital bioavailable nutrients cross the blood-brain barrier via arteries versus partial assimilation through the stomach and liver, the body has an amazing ability to heal itself as programmed.

Invitation to Watch this Extraordinary Webinar

Personally, what a relief to know that 3 personal enrollees equals $100 for free product where 3 X growth will equal 12 for $400 month. Word-of- mouth referrals are alive and well again.

Suddenly it’s not about selling, but what people are looking for and want!

It’s about seeking continuous learning as a lifelong process.

It’s about finding scientific changes that can result in huge differences in a supportive environment that strives for wellness.

Sometimes change can be stressful; but, perhaps, not like staying stuck with something that’s not working.

Change can mean stepping out of the comfort zone that needs courage to let go of the familiar to experience the new technologies and improvements in the hope of seeing a better world.

Don’t miss this exclusive webinar 6 PM PST http://electizoom.com

Questions and comments always welcome.

New World of YouTube Fan Fiction - Questions and Choices for Teenagers and Parents

New World of YouTube Fan Fiction - Questions and Choices

for Teenagers and Parents

"The culture of fandoms is relatively new. Not being a fan of someone per se, but today it's easier to feel connected to a celebrity or creator. Back then they were just celebrities so they may not understand how we feel as though we know them." Helena…teen creative writer on Wattpad…connected at 12 years

Have you heard of Wattpad on YouTube, a special community where 13 year old teens can set up an account, write and read stories by some of their favorite stars? Does it matter if internet safety experts have concerns about X-rated, dark, violent, sexual or offensive content with recommendations “you’ll also like this.”

Psychologists explain teens can be fixated with popular celebrities and favorite online stars; made to feel special by belonging and consuming anything and everything. This new special YouTuber hero (heroine) talks directly to the camera, up close and personal, with effective eye-contact to give the feeling of authentic friendship.

Have you heard of this new term called  a parasocial relationship between fans and YouTubers, where they feel a particularly strong sense of allegiance through their vlogs?

"In a parasocial relationship, the audience comes to feel that the personality is a friend and they experience the person as if they were in a reciprocal relationship, rather than a one-sided one … this experience is amplified in social media where influencers respond to comments and fans, increasing the illusion of friendship."  Pamela Rutledge (media psychologist)

So what happens if Fan Fiction can have adult themes or turn dark or inappropriate with nude references to  the “biggest horny boy ever met,”  or violence, homophobia and even suicide?

Is the adolescent brain assaulted again by content it is not emotionally mature enough to understand?  Or worse yet, grow neuronal pathways that this is normal behavior or culturally appropriate.

Smut warnings exist; screenshots are shared to Instagram for more viewers. There are no age restrictions on the majority of fan fiction sites. Even Wattpad notes that “problems can also arise if the fantastic online world starts to get in the way of their real offline life.”

One teen writer thinks fan fiction is something older people just don't understand like teenagers do or value “fandom.” She admits there is certainly mature adult themes that can get pretty dark sometimes; but she reads the descriptions first and knows what she is getting into. She is glad to be part of it.  Good for her … easier said than done.

My teacher's heart breaks. I loved to teach creative writing to my students. There were formal rules to write many different kinds of paragraphs from descriptive to expository with many outlines to structure from least to most important with a comprehensive conclusion. Novel studies further outlined the importance of settings and plot for a suspenseful mood to paint the main character and add conflict to the antagonist.

But, today, by reading this one article, I had to add some new dictionary vocabulary to this social media revolution:

Wattpad, internet safety expert, media psychologist, parasocial relationship, online Fan Fiction, fandom, YouTubers, adultification. (I knew what a vlog is.)

Once again, what I call the Social Media Medusa Manipulator extends her domain into creative writing for teens with or without positive intentions … right or wrong answers ... leaving the choice to a teenager to make a logical choice during an emotional transition of time.

Once again, do parents have to worry … or not? Where do children go if something upsets them beyond their years? Definitely, the responsibility lies  with the parents to control these safety settings, sometimes harder to do with moving targets and fly-by-night influencers.

"There's nothing more important than having an open dialogue with your child about what and who they are engaging with online. Having regular, honest, and open conversations with your child is the best way to stay in tune."
Carolyn Bunting, the CEO of Internet Matters, an organization dedicated to keeping children safe online.

This is the reality of our Internet Revolution where the average child owns their first smartphone at 10.3 years and can open  accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, Kik and Snapchat.

Are parents somewhat complicit in allowing their kids exposure to content that generation ago would be off limits?

Is the stage set for early adultification making the right time for marketers to take advantage of adolescent social rites of passage?

So many questions. What do you think? What are the problems? What are the solutions? I believe more than tactics are required to stop this social media  infiltration with a different mindset for teenagers.

Sincerely,
Annemarie

Excerpt: Teen Girl Faces Time in the Sand - a timely tale of social media struggles, regrets and survival with superpower tool.

"Imagine, you are just 14 years old, yet your brain is wired for positive feedback which gets a dopamine spike with every click, every buzz, to keep the story fresh and wanting more.  How could it be any other way? Your habit of posing and posting becomes like an itch, somebody else's itch, but you got to keep scratching it, painful as it may be at times, because sometimes you get the word LIKE.
And here's the true tragedy. Many young people who inhabit their smart phones will refuse to face any other truth beyond their existence on their smart phones because it becomes the core of their experience. Think about that. Mass media will never apologize for what it is doing because it makes money. Cosmetics and fashion are expensive. Sex sells whether you are 14 or 40. Did you know plastic surgeries have increased by nearly 100% in the last few years?"

What About the Boyfriend in a Closet and the Biggest Question for Dr. Phil?

What About the Boyfriend in a Closet and the Biggest Question for Dr. Phil?

I picture that young living brain in my hands again pulsating to the vibrations of what I think I want to call the Media Monster.  A bigger question crosses my mind about how to protect teenage girls from falling prey to this giant clown face with its cavernous mouth feeding off Celtie Selfies, power-tripping them, stuffing them with stuff the crowds want to see, rather than something that will benefit them as an individual.

I do not regularly watch Dr. Phil ... lack of time, depressing topics of families hitting rock bottom in full frontal view of the world. But when I do, I am always impressed how he can turn around the most bitter vibes of accusations and dysfunctional relationships to get both sides talking with reasonable tones when focus is on regaining personal truths and traction. Given a choice, don’t most of us want to choose to be better?

But I did pay attention to one show this week called Social Media Meltdown Parenting Gone Wild.  It centered on two mothers who were live streaming, or posting videos, for what they thought was for their private audience of social media friends; but which reached over 100 million combined views due to the  voracious media’s nature of seeing vengeful feedback verging on psychotic.

Dr. Phil was interested why these women’s buttons were pushed but I was interested in how this giant social media circus swallowed them by the millions and spat out their bones according to their tastes.

Late one night, the first mother knocked on the door of her 17-year-old daughter’s bedroom  and found a 20-year-old boyfriend hiding in her closet! Out whipped the cellphone with video and out came the most profanity infused dialogue with the furious mother overcome that  her daughter and a visitor were exercising a forbidden dalliance which may be followed on Snapchat but not in her scope of upbringing. How would you feel about this?

Yes, the case can be made that a mother’s disappointment is justified, but what degree of virulent anger and condemnation needs to be posted for other people to stare at, share and maybe joke about? Who looks for this kind of volatile distress for what purpose?

And, then, unexpected reactions started to surface. First, the daughter defended herself saying, “We are just doing what teenagers do, having fun. Parents just don’t get we are growing up.”

But what really blows my mind is how abnormal this new social reality has changed  because her girlfriends came to her rescue … applauding her right to hook up with convenience and decrying her mother for interfering and spoiling their fun.  I just can’t stop thinking about this is new kind of cavalry arriving on the scene to protect the trivial frivolity of social media against traditional family values. Such an unnatural state of the young devouring the old.

When did this transition take place that rules and respect and social norms are relegated to second place values behind the first place demands of a rapacious, selfish, immature, momentarily fixated social media culture?

Then there were so many reactions from other parents who applauded this critical tirade of  her daughter in full rant and view. What were they thinking that this is a good parenting technique to manage their teenagers by yelling, swearing and humiliating their actions? What is the right role model for parenting teenagers in such a risky, persuasive, addictive, peer-pressured, hype-controlled internet environment?

Dr. Phil’s comments were measured and precise as usual. You do not embarrass a teenager in public…it is one of the worst things to do. Never underestimate the viral power of virtual reality. Data never goes away. Embarrassment never dies.

The second mother became upset after a conversation with police officers and her children’s school and vented with live video on Facebook. Again, a very loud, expletive-filled, threatening voice that so many others found worth their time to watch…for what purpose? It turned out the woman who was bipolar had stopped taking her medications but with words so hateful that the school had to be put into lock down.  A momentary explosion now stamped on virtual reality forever to be watched and shamed.

So, what is to be taken away?

Where does such explosive anger from adults come from?  Are they products themselves of social media interactions where it’s alright to be mean, loud and overpowering without regard for others?

Is this how technology has brought down social rites of passage to our knees? When did young teenage girls question their rights to have unlimited sex and temper their parents for daring to interfering with their privacy and choices?

Is this how young teenage girls believe they are like-able, mature and responsible players in a Snapchat world dominated by adult prerogatives when their brains are still developing long-term logical consequences?

Where do well-meaning parents turn to find strategies to help their children understand their unique roles in society’s future minus the social media circus? No parent wants their child to make a mistake that can derail their lifetime of positive choices.

Maybe it's time to check out how our culture is taking a beating with Selfie swipes.
Note this blog: An Essential Metaphor of Culture as a Tree...

If I had a chance the biggest question I would ask Dr. Phil is how in the world did our social discourse degenerate so radically in a short time in this topsy- turvy culture?

What are your thoughts about our teenage culture, social media impositions, parent's rights and a hundred million views of distress?

Questions and comments can make a difference,

Sincerely.

"The best way to describe the next years was as a separate state unto itself called Welcome to the Domain of Celtie Selfies. There were many different interactions, of course; but, if there was a central condition, it would be that we were too young to understand if there was even a problem with the fact that there were so many lies for its own sake. And when somebody lies, they stop telling what is true, and with no truth, they soon lose respect for themselves and others.  No respect means no love to live the normal truth."

Is There A Better Way to Open the Mind: Mind Stream or Mind Map

Is There a Better Way to Open the Mind:
Mind Stream versus Mind Map?

How many ways can you define or describe your mind? The mental process cannot be held in your hand for contemplation. Our bony skull encloses our brain as a solid, bloody, nerve-cells infrastructure with at least 8 distinct interconnected compartments. Yet, somehow, our invisible but all powerful mental processes emanate to drive our actions and emotions.
Age old question: Is there a difference between the brain and mind? Does the brain build the mind or does the mind build the brain? For example, there would be no language if there wasn’t a walnut-sized location on the brain's left side and with language there is development of a knowledge base. The good news is that modern technology has opened this "black box" for scientific examination and extrapolation. And there are specialists who study mental processes like psychologists and psychiatrists.
But for most of us, we are not brain scientists or psychiatrists. We are all human beings who need to harness our mental functions and energies in order to fulfill our existence. We try to observe, understand, experiment, adapt and solve problems within logical facts or illogical imagination. We believe in abstractions and unseen spirits. We follow our conscience in thoughts, feelings, responses, fears and even dysfunctions.

Sometimes words fail in manifesting this refractive, limitless power whereas a visual diagram can speak volumes. Think about Aristotle's statement seriously: "Thought is impossible without an image." Can you think of anything where an image doesn't suddenly appear? I can't.

Visual language is defined as using visual elements to convey meanings, ideas and emotions at spatial levels versus linear verbal language. Note that visual expressions are not only found in art drawings, but also in construction, acting and dancing and as such they are fundamental to human thought .

MIND MAP is a common way of starting with a central KEY WORD to visually organize structure, analyze and find relationships to solve problems and make big picture decisions. Supporting details are based on other words...what you already know or expect.

MIND STREAM is defined in this context as starting with an INDIVIDUAL IDEA aware of a continuum of choices able to change at will. It is more open-ended to discovery...an organic flowchart for personal exploration of new concepts. Importantly, a good mind stream also includes positives, negatives and neutrals. It has more aptitude to use visual language to enhance meaning.

A mind stream is closely related to a literary device called stream of consciousness which is described as writing as you think without regard to sequence, syntax, or logic as it floats within various levels of reality.

Both are helpful for brainstorming, planning, simplifying, analyzing and drawing on the brain's creativity. Another way of thinking is that a highway map is handy to find where you want to go; however, following a mountain stream can uncover unbelievable things yet to be discovered. Therein lies the difference if we can train our minds.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts, fixed or fluid. Do you like to follow word maps or create mind streams?

Sincerely,
Annemarie Berukoff
