MLM or network marketing is the only business where an average person with above average hopes can start with minimal capital and a little sweat equity to earn financial independence.

The biggest resolution is to answer the difference between TWO statements about what’s more important for home business success:

Here’s WHY I want a home business.

Here’s HOW I build my home business.

I have long criticized this business for OVERHYPING the WHY features. It’s simply unrealistic to start a home business fueled by WHY DREAMS like so many spark plug conversations do.

Of course, given a choice, we all want more rewarding lives — redundant.

Once I was told to find Facebook friends, just post a picture of yourself talking about your dreams as a magnetic manifestation to others who don’t care.

Others have said get a personal trainer to build a more positive mindset; then you can enjoy bigger dreams to make your life story come true. You have to change your mindset and work hard.

Then, just find other people who resonate … dreams just doesn’t multiply this way.

How can any one personal WHY consciousness pass from one person to another when different people have different visons, hopes or destinations? Sometimes, money may not be the first value.

There is no metric for measuring dreams or hopes comparable to each other. Systems and actions are measurable and cumulative.

Once, I even made a cartoon called Blunder #1 that outlined how the WHY dream didn’t work.

Beyond the WHY exists the HOW to build the physical shape of a MLM networking business. The structure is a multi-level matrix filled with personal referrals and their indirect referrals. Its fuel is the multiplication factor to leverage masterminds and duplicate marketing systems.

Compare dreamscapes to real landscapes with a solid building signifying a successful home business. Dreams float by like wishful clouds sinking into a beautiful sunset thinking of tomorrow that never comes.

Obviously, you need a skill set bigger than a mindset to materialize a solid functional multilevel structure.

Networking reality is based on sharing real products based on real results and sales conversions where the HOW becomes a more important question to use properly as a an exponential function.

In fact, it could be said that the seduction of “why” is the classic link bait. So many images of exploding money and happy people on tropical holidays. Under the façade of emotional hyperbole is the grind of brick by brick construction.

The only answer is that the chicken had to come first in order to lay the egg.

How to Find the Right Mlm Home Business Partner and Team — Two Beliefs and Two Basic Skills

 Today we are strangers. Tomorrow we can build a common understanding for a great home business story.

I’d like to share my story and offer an open hand if you may be looking for a reliable network marketing home business opportunity within your range of experience…negative, positive or neutral. Not withstanding, this unique industry has many stories where people have made satisfactory or even spectacular incomes working from home.

So, what are they doing right? Who do you trust? What is the best new company to join? Most importantly, where can I find a compatible partner relationship for support … the key to growing a home business together.

In fact, why not consider joining my team? But not as a stranger, that’s foolhardy, too much unknown Facebook.

At this time, all I can do is relate my real experiences of heartaches, strategies and life-changing breakthroughs while accumulating veteran knowledge of what works in this unique referral marketing system. I’d like to share my beliefs to see if they resonate with yours.

Belief # 1: I believe that following basic principles of network marketing is the only way where families with above average dreams can make above average income with a little capital and sweat equity.

Belief # 2: I believe in a healthy natural lifestyle as prevention to sickness. It’s important to know how our body needs a full spectrum of nutrients daily to help its ability to repair and protect itself from infections or other diseases.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of treatment!

Belief # 1: Network Marketing — brief personal history

My teaching career spanned 24 years and when I took early retirement I wanted to pursue my goals of being an entrepreneur as part of our family farming heritage. I first joined as a distributor for Usana, a health company still active and respected. It wasn’t that unusual for my upline mentor to drive 3 hours to make a presentation leaving brochures to help make my decision to join.

This is how I first saw that networking had three basic steps for an ideal home business start-up compared to starting from scratch.

First, company manufactured products…

Second, as a messenger (advertising arm) I shared the products…

Third, I received commissions from sales from direct and indirect referrals.

That was the power of multilevel marketing that multiplied numbers of people by numbers of levels earned. This was the power of residual income based on work once and get paid multiple times versus a linear income of working one hour getting paid one hour by a boss at a job.

The big question was how to duplicate a marketing system that worked for the average networker. I soon started to question the lack of generic education to explain how to apply the business principles of sales and conversion beyond any company’s promotions.

Hyping WHY DREAMS doesn’t lay the foundation of any business without WHAT TOOLS that work.

The big problem was only a few elite top networkers (2%)with credible business spheres made the most money and the majority (98%) were able to recruit 2 or 3 people based on unsustainable hype and poor business training who dropped out with negative reviews.

With the advent of the internet, network marketing went through a massive transformation with the world turned into a backyard; sometimes, for the better of mass communication, and, sometimes for the worst for interpersonal truths.

Early digital marketers soon mastered and dominated the channels and social media where the highest credit was given to self-glorifying websites with the largest list of followers. All of a sudden, the message blared loud and clear, you don’t have to talk to anyone…just collect followers who will buy from you.

But the reality soon dawned that people don’t join websites … they join people they like who understand their needs with a personal touch.

It is my sincere belief to return to basics and practise this relationship marketing on the merits of any sales business to get to know the prospects first, their problems, goals and how I can help.

Belief #2: Natural Healthy Lifestyle

Health has always been a priority in my choice of whole food, natural dietary supplements, exercise, rest and wellbeing. After all, we all have an expectation of a long-life minus disease interventions; perhaps, noting we live longer, but what is the quality of longevity?
