3 Brilliant Shoply Ecommerce Solutions for Influencers Marketing

How to level the playing field where everyone can thrive!

The Rise Of Digital Influencer Marketing is one the most significant transformations of the modern era as a fundamental marketing component.

Influencers have enabled brands to connect with individuals with similar needs to share producs and services. Along the way, a new celebrity tier has been established that has even affected other major industries, such as sports and filmmaking.

Peer to peer, survival is a challenge in a virtual marketplace defined as E-commerce in a borderless dimension filled with relations and transactions where digital communication technologies matter and numbers count.

Along the way, independent marketing challenges need to be overcome, easily called rigged because of market place saturation, dilution or corporate control by centralized giants like Amazon, Google and Walmart.

But what if, the time is ready and right to Decentralize E-Commerce?

Such a great opportunity is here now to revolutionize open market where thousands of businesses are launching through their very own affiliate channel with confident on-trend marketing, high level influencers promoting creative content, and all on a national and worldwide level first day of launch.

What great news today about a launch of a unique global network and shopping community to sell to with vendors, influencers and small business partnerships accessible to everyone!

WELCOME TO SHOPLY

Three Brilliant Solutions to Influencer Challenges:

  1. UNLIMITED PRODUCTS: you can share unlimited offers in various categories from Shoply’s thousands of vendors and tens of thousands of products to choose from.
  2. CASH INCENTIVES for influencers to receive 100% on a sliding scale of the direct bonus offered to them by the vendors.
  3. COLLOBORATION to establish fair prices and practices to launch products together versus the need to copycat or try to knock off others.

QUICK OVERVIEW

Influencers will continue to transform fundamental marketing.

As social media traffic increases, e-commerce will explode, and the entire digital marketing sector will continue to pivot to a direct-to-consumer approach. Brands are now connecting peer-on-peer like never before.

At first, perhaps, the thought of everyday people acting as market-defining personalities may have sounded radical.

But never underestimate the proclivity and potential of ordinary people to create and share their products and culture. Genuine interest and authentic qualities have always appealed to consumers.

As such, influencers continue to rise and dominate the future marketing in this growing gig economy with unique characteristics:

— able to amass followers through authentic, consistent content.

— change the way brands connect with consumers to make purchase decisions.

— establish credibility, amplify brand visibility, and drive conversion.

— foster tight-knit communities based on authentic connections, brand engagement and influencing purchase behaviors, ultimately sales.

As with any business enterprise, influencers face unique challenges: how to develop an audience, maintain content quality and reputation with growing competition, face financial unpredictability and even burn out.

SHOPLY Integrates a Valuable Ecommerce Community

A Shoply Community is a new global platform of influencers accessible to everyone … a special ecosystem for brands and online training with top level coaches from beginner to advanced to scale the business.

This is where brands, vendors, influencers come together to discover, discuss, shop and sell, including small business partnerships.

Such collective power can challenge the huge centralized industry giants as unique collaboration and success to redefine a broken system

What If, There is One Common Value All Teen Girls Can Learn to Manage on Social Media?

What If, There is One Common Value All Teen Girls Can Learn to Manage on Social Media?

The sink shot: When a girl takes a selfie in a bathroom mirror, often in a thong, and poses with her behind propped against the sink, so that it will appear larger. Not surprisingly, Kim Kardashian popularized this sort of shot, also known as a “belfie,” or butt selfie.
Nancy Jo Sales; “American Girls: Social Media and the Secret Lives of Teenagers”

Researching and writing about today’s teen girls with social media problems is multi-faceted and complicated. What teen girl has enough adult experience to write about her trials and resolutions based on an incomplete timeline? As a retired teacher with full view, I wrote an e-book called Teen Girl Faces Time in the Sand to emphasize the one common value all teen girls share whether they know it or not.

Here is one critical viewpoint from a reader I'd like to address:

“This is a rather mild-mannered story like Clark Kent talking about a Superwoman challenge. As a parent, I wish I had more answers about my teens online. I live in a small town where there are  too many young girls who party too much with alcohol and drugs. What about the vaping or opioid addiction found in high schools? How can parents identify drug use or open up communication? This is a different story than expected but a timeline on  a string is interesting, if it could be that simple.  Amy D

Here is my response:
Thanks, Amy, for taking time to read this teen e-book. I’m pleased you found that managing a Timeline is interesting because how to respect Time is the message of this short story that ALL teen girls can relate to. The Big Question is to how to apply it in simple terms.

The difficult challenge in writing about so many different shattered dreams in a new social order, is to find at least this one common thread that every girl can value and that is TIME itself. Not in the sense of measuring by numbers, hours or days, but in managing the experiences that make a difference between the numbers. Every girl wants a good time leading to better times and success; nobody wants to look for having a bad time with worse consequences.

"But time is only the medium not the victim here. It is a 14 year old girl who can become a victim because she can make a mistake that will affect her whole life. How fair is that? Is it her fault or is it the selfish culture around her? There must be a way to stop making the wrong choice at a young age."
Excerpt: Teen Girl Faces Time in the Sand Timely Tale of Struggles, Regrets and Survival on Social Media.

The biggest challenge still remains, in no uncertain terms, how do you deal with this unfiltered, unsupervised, unprecedented  virtual suspension of normal social rites for teen girls entering into adulthood with too many tragic results. Too many stories from news and personal experiences are written about cyber bullying, suicides, sexual texting and harassment, unwanted pregnancies and family breakdowns, drug addictions and other personal disasters.

It’s impossible not to compare my youth growing up in the 1960’s where our social order was planted with family and focused on education toward a responsible career. At 14 I knew I was a somebody who best spend my time respecting set boundaries with friends and role models who lived close by and mutually liked each other. My biggest problem was what skirt to wear to the high school prom and this small zit private only to my mirror. The first time I heard of something weird called intercourse was at 18 years in a grade 10 PE class by a counselor.

Today, we watch in shock as so many 14 year old girls preen, post  and prime for role models to be a somebody on a social media scale to be measured, evaluated and objectified by popular adult standards, unattainable except to the sensitive teenage brain fueled by dopamine likes and shares where a relationship can be started by sending a nude photo.

Just think, of a traditional story with a simple picture of a young girl facing a greedy wolf ready to devour her innocence of youth. One heroine with one antagonist can be dealt with common sensibility.

As one picture in this story, there is an adolescent damselfly nymph feeding from a giant media clown face in her maturation cycle.  Just think, this adult will perpetuate what it grew up on and it begs the question about what kind of collective wisdom will populate our social culture drawn from this effluence. Note that a damselfly plays the role of the fragility and impermanence of  life.

As a new reality with social media, a young teenage girl needs to find her true self  on a vast technological landscape which itself becomes the monster antagonist ... not one villain but so many controlling forces imposing their pressure to be a somebody according to mass media standards. In many ways, this is an untenable and virulent attack on the developing adolescent brain which works differently than adult brains because it is guided more by “random exploration” and by the emotional and reactive amygdala than the thoughtful, logical  frontal cortex. The average adults’ judgement rationale to make decisions is reached in the mid-twenties.

So how do you tell a story about innocence, curiosity and growing up in a rampaging, engulfing media circus where teen age girls also admit that there is a love / hate relationship with social media but do not want to stop because their lives would be empty. How do you prepare or protect yourself from this tragic onslaught with far implications for our culture where coming-of-age women are finding maturity from superimposed hype, failed expectations and ego-driven  materialism?. What are the long-term consequences on family and society? Could it possibly get worse?

The mission statement becomes If time can’t be replayed and only go forward, then the most precious commodity we have is Time and how to use it to its best value becomes essential.

Therefore, it is necessary to turn this story into a heart-rending analogy by using the power of symbols which connect to several layers of meaning both visible and invisible. One symbolic protagonist is an immature adolescent brain facing a symbolic antagonist of epic proportion known as the social media clown face

More symbols are introduced to encompass the meaning of Time beyond the literal meaning of counting hours or days. Yesterday’s past experiences are put in a box, today’s present moments are alive in a circle and future visions are open ended lines. The moment of choice is seen as a spark on today’s circle as different from a decision or habit.  The whole set is linked together with a personal super power tool to help make good choices relevant to past, present and future.

This e-book is short enough to read in a few hours with simple drawings to highlight events including the new image of a Selfie Celtie. The story happens in 3 days from a drug testing to recollections on a beach  to an adolescent brain mixing it up with a social media nightmare, and a grandmother’s kindly introduction to  a personal super power tool to manage the precious Timeline. The short account has a pivot point where life can turn around with the right message.

So, how would you answer this important question: How can we help with adult overview to help teenage girls to find their true selves minus social media impositions?

Questions and comments are always welcome...together we can find solutions in this radically different digital culture.

Grannie asks: "Let me ask you another important question, somewhat based on this messy life spectacle. You understand that the future only appears as a vision and today is the only time you have to react to anything. What if you had the power to connect to the future to help direct your present actions to fulfill that future?  I wonder what kind of choices you'd make ... would they be the same?

"There's a strange magic begins to happen when you know that TIME controls a CHOICE and a HABIT, but HABIT is NOT THE SAME THING AS A CHOICE.  A choice can happen in an instant. A habit will follow you as heavy and long as you want.

But this choice is instant, like a match flame. Ignite a wrong choice; it can lead to bad habits … even burn out your foundation who you want to be. Or you can make the right choice which becomes a stepping stone towards better habits and future.

As brief as it might be, it is the matter of choice that makes it a superpower because it has the power to change the direction of your life.  Nothing is more powerful with more consequences; so it’s a good thing to make it as smart as possible. I think we agree on making a strong, smart choice."

My problem, without an easy answer, is there must be a way to harness Income Mobility by sharing important information with careful judgment to do good for others by simplifying how to succeed with marketing on the internet.

The Challenge and Power of Using Symbols about Teen Girls in Social Media

The Challenge and Power of Using Symbols about Teen Girls in Social Media

And here's the true tragedy. Many young people who inhabit their smart phones will refuse to face any other truth beyond their existence on their smart phones because it becomes the core of their experience. Think about that. Mass media will never apologize for what it is doing because it makes money. Cosmetics and fashion are expensive.
Sex sells whether you are 14 or 40. (excerpt)

This blog helps to describe the third main reason for writing this timely e-book called A Teen Girl Makes Time in the Sand. The first two blogs outline reasons 1 and 2.

1. How to stop social media from taking advantage of a rash and brash teenage brain still in development personified here as a Giant Clown Face of epic proportions  (blog One)

2. How to start looking at value of Time and power of choice as a super power tool to avoid making bad mistakes that may affect or change  the total Time Line (blog 2)

3. How to use diagrams as symbols as a base for discussion of growing up in a mass media world, of visualizing strong social forces, and structuring the experience of time.

Once more, the challenge was how to represent ideas or concepts with complex meanings in today's situations or outcomes caused by forces that are hard to describe if limited by words and given or implied interpretations.

How can these forces be considered in abstract terms because they have no physical referents?

It is clear that abstract meanings can be powerful and can exist in imagination but the framework is formulated on more kinds of physical experiences; for example, the word love undergoes many physical transformations through time.

It is clear that we first learn about the world of objects through our senses like seeing, hearing, touching, etc. Then it takes a lot of concrete experiences and often specific words to learn more abstract meanings that, over time, can be integrated to show the value of a lesson or moral.

So how can a teenager learn about qualities like independence, freedom, trust, loyalty, morals and power of choice if they first don't run through a gamut of experiences to qualify as a higher meaning with the value of purpose?

For example, they can't pick up a bag filled with responsibility; they must learn its implications or lack of.  I can't pick up a choice like a carrot in my hand and tell them to find their own carrots. But I can draw a sign that represents the full context of "choice" and the difference of a "smart choice" if based on past, future and present factors.

How can I show moral outrage over cultural disruptions or the extreme social  disadvantages played against young teen girls?  I could write a lecture or I can draw a simple diagram with identified key words and symbols.

I can take many of these changing complex concepts and give them some kind of sense impression; namely, a picture as well as a symbol. These images and associations will be better recalled and utilized.

The purpose of using a symbol is to show several deeper layers of meaning representing more details, actions, and consequences beyond its first appearance or literal meaning.

In fact, there are several symbolic intentions in this story. The complicated situation of a Social Media Circus and is effects are represented by a giant clown face.

Another main symbol, in contrast, is the element of personal choice as a small circle attached to the spiral circle of a daily routine.

Now social media can be compared to a Giant Clown Face which is facing a small independent circle of a "smart choice" that incorporates past, present and future. How can words express this fully for individual assimilation at different levels?

Other consistent symbols are: a square represents a closed past, no replay allowed;  a spiral circle represents the energy of today; and open-ended lines represent the potential of the future yet unformed but based on yesterday's and today's actions.

Throughout the story there are numerous examples of pictures or images which try to show the extensions of self identity, media control and social networks:

What is the difference between choice, decision and habit?
How can Time be charted on an Experience Calendar?
How can bad choice disrupt a total life line?
How dropping-out of school affects the normal social rites of passage?
How can a young, rash and brash adolescent brain survive in a Selfie Domain?

Interestingly, I have always had a strong interest in using visual language to communicate meanings.  I sincerely believe that many of these images have been kept simple enough for others to draw and elaborate on if they wish.

I believe that an image can be worth a thousand words, and in these critical times, society can use all the words of empowerment and characters that it can find.

Note: a separate download with 10 lesson plans for teen girls to apply these ideas.

What are some issues that you feel young teen girls face now?
Comments are always appreciated.

Sincerely,
Annemarie

Excerpts
Imagine, you are just 14 years old, yet your brain is wired for positive feedback which gets a dopamine spike with every click, every buzz, to keep the story fresh and wanting more.  How could it be any other way? Your habit of posing and posting becomes like an itch, somebody else's itch, but you got to keep scratching it, painful as it may be at times, because sometimes you get the word LIKE.

Now I draw a heavier more rippled line above my lifeline. This, I think, is the internet  social media circus line.  It is powerful and here to stay forever. But I will not allow its size and influence to affect this small section of my life called teen years. I will not fall into a hole created by the Media monster.
I am deeply trying to find some purposeful longevity in living.

The Challenge of Representing Time to a Teenager in New Story

The Challenge of Representing Time to a Teenager in a New Story

I look at my open hand. Yes, it's true … it's not even imagination any more. I can see clearly my past, present and future and spark of choice resting on my palm. They may be invisible shapes in the sensory world but the meanings are written clearly across my brain along with a surge of power that respecting my Timeline is now up to me ...
excerpt from A Teen Girl Faces Time in the Sand.

My first blog introduced the rationale and quick summary of a new e-book called A Teen Girl Makes Time in the Sand. There are three basic reasons for writing this timely e-book.

1. How to stop social media from taking advantage of a rash and brash teenage brain still in development personified here as a Giant Clown Face of epic proportions...

2. How to start looking at value of Time and power of choice as a super power tool to avoid making bad mistakes that may affect or change the total Time Line...

3. How to use diagrams as a base for discussion of growing up in a mass media social world, and structuring the experience of time without counting numbers. (Blog 3)

It is worth noting that there was a major challenge in representing the value of Time, especially to young vibrant teenagers who view life as inevitable passion to grow up on their terms with their technical gadgets.

Ask a teenager what is the most valuable thing or power you have and the answer, most probably, won't be time itself.  After all, what happens today is not as important as to what happens tomorrow for fun, excitement, group and self-identity.

In fact, for most people, the primary focus of time is counting numbers in a tactical system measured by minutes, days, months, years, decades, etc.  However, how do you count or measure the quantity of EXPERIENCE which is the content between the numbers?  It is the quality of experience and foresight that makes the difference…but how do you explain this to a 14 year old?

So the story progressively explains the "shapes" of Time as circles for the Present, blocks for the Past, and open-ended lines for the Future.  It is easier to picture how they may be interconnected on a time line and web of life.

The Yesterdays, whether good or bad, can pile up like a wall not to be replayed or rebuilt. The Tomorrows are visionary directions of hope. They can embody huge amounts of time. But Today is the only living circle of opportunity where to choose your future life lines or directions.

But here is the strangest paradox of Time. It can only be managed in a very small time frame called TODAY. And TODAY can sometimes be sparked by a tinier matter of CHOICE.

Herein lies the tragedy or the triumph.  As tiny as choice may be, it holds the seeds of reaction, decision, habit and everything else in between.  Doesn't it make better sense to broaden the scope or power of this moment?

The climax of the story is to discover a super power tool that respects the passage of time as a simple exercise to enact in immediate situations to help make a smart choice in respect to Time itself.  It answers the early question:

What would you do differently if you had the choice of seeing the future?

A Teen Girl Faces Time in the Sand makes sense as a grandmother leads her young granddaughter to talk about her experiences in a "Selfie-Celtie" world, her regrets, and redemption to believe more in her true self and natural abilities with positive ways to connect to the internet.

Check this unique e-book with many simple diagrams to help explain the complex infinity of making good choices and living wisely.

Your experiences, with or without teenagers, and comments about the passage of time are important to share and learn from.

Sincerely,
Annemarie

Excerpts:
Thinking back, there is no training how to deal with changes in technology when my brain's biology remains unchanged.  A teenager is still young, still curious, still wants to be liked, feel attractive, praised and rewarded again and again...
They buy into the electronic Hall of Mirrors where everyone is watching and comparing themselves, trying to find some piece of wisdom in a crowd or mob, not sure how not to stop suckling from an alternative reality not their own.

But all is quiet. I think there is something wrong with this picture when a young teenage brain in normal growth patterns of fitting into normal society also has to try to find a place in a newly fractured culture of Social Media without rules, constraints or limitations with abnormal expectations of adulthood.

Yes, I certainly have made bad choices in the past but they are now a wall of blocks behind me and there is a vision of a more open-ended and liberating future ahead of me….
I see a room full of yesterdays; but also a bright circle of today where I can make real living choices using my super power tool.
