From Dinosaur Networking Plans to Digital Age Mentality Success in 2 Steps

 Recently an invitation crossed my desk about a new program to build a successful

 him do his first crowd presentation as a very nervous young man who is now a

 superstar in the industry travelling the world.

I quickly glanced through it until I came to the following statement: Recruit one customer or distributor for a return on your investment for this course.

No! No! No! My dear top networker, this is not good enough. This does not work down the line. This is Dinosaur Age mentality that has stomped out MLM network marketing profits long enough for average people. One person joins your team and then nothing absolutely happens to duplicate. Super frustrating before burnout to quitting and disowning the industry.

Challenge then and now is how to convert leads or new team members to become serious business builders?

Two Plans:

Choose a relic plan like a dinosaur with nearly extinct profits from the past with more victims than victors. Or move ahead with professional leverage in to the Digital Economy with killer products, killer trainings, 5 ways to get paid, and how to share one Nitroline Big Pool.

One: Network Marketing Ideas from the Past Don’t Work

First: Don’t whitewash trite hype: quit the job you hate, spend more time with your family, achieve time and financial freedom, retire to the house of your dreams! Proven to only work for 2% of top people.

Don’t start with a dream or idea that it only takes more sales to build a solid business.

Second: Don’t launch a special recruiting process that everyone will faithfully follow like puppets.

Don’t tell your prospects the exact steps to take, what to post, or say to build their business forward. Most will not change their routine to follow a daily course of action … and the team train stops here with one conductor. Most may not have business background or understand the need to change their daily routines to make a long-term commitment.

Third: don’t try to work a social media audience as a way to generate more leads by creating the right content to get more likes, comments and even sales hoping that strangers will turn into customers. Don’t worry about wrong people who may follow you because you need to identify the right people to build with. PS. that’s always been the problem.

Dear sir, people are not identical mechanical vehicles running on the same fuel on the tracks you provide ready to change their daily routines just to be like you to make money online.

People are independent drivers with unique mindsets that have preconditions, insecurities, destinations and fears with headlight stares at anything that’s new.

What are you duplicating here … the physical exact steps or tracks to follow whether they can or not? Peoples’ mentality factors are unaccounted.

These tracks may or may not duplicate. Like dinosaur tracks they may be buried and forgotten. I wonder if the hunt is still for bottles and boxes?
