The home business model called Multi-Level-Marketing has emerged through decades as a strange conglomerate of opportunity with Top Rich Players and Bottom Poor Players.
The caricature is a pyramid with minimized income large base supporting the few top influencers with maximized residual profits. In essence, the game was played by the Big Guys versus the Little Guys; but, is there any way to level the playing field?
But, what if, the opportunity begins with more equity at the bottom from the start based on the true principles of network marketing of sharing a great product that works? Together all members rise through the ranks based on their fair efforts.
Such a remarkable confluence is happening now and I am overjoyed as a home business mentor. Such a MLM collaboration is harmony in my heart.

The gap between resourceful internet marketers and regular Little Guys only widen with a strange hyperventilating mixture of oversold platitudes and irreverent sales communications.
But the reality soon dawns that people don’t join websites … they join people they like who understand their needs with a personal touch.
The time is now possible to consolidate equal opportunites at the ground level.
Let’s overcome the sufferings of this home-based industry, address baseline inequities and experience more democratic successes.
No more recruitment with online sensational ads that promise to make fistfuls of dollars with a click versus a mediocre existence.
No more trying to act like marketing masterminds who have scaled the internet behemoth with decades of digital training who share their complex knowledge as small sized pieces to try by illiterate newbies.
No more thinking that artificial intelligence will ever replace a handshake and smile. We are not Chatbots!
